Universal Banker – Pratt, Kansas (Full Time Position)

The Universal Banker will include a variety of customer-facing and internal activities. The primary focus will be on building and strengthening customer relations. You will solve problems for them while also educating them on the outstanding eBanking services Fusion Bank offers.

 Essential Functions

  • Customer Service Expert: Consistently delivers exceptional quality service with a professional and positive attitude while maintaining a cohesive team atmosphere.
  • New Accounts: Proficient in opening and servicing all deposit products as well as consumer loan products/services.
  • Support: Perform client transaction assistance and investigate transactions to resolve client questions, applying corrective action when necessary.
  • Digitally Engaged Teacher: Be proficient in using all tools available and train customers and bank associates how to use them.

  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the customers.
  • Builds relationships with customers to meet financial needs
  • Communicate effectively and confidently, and is comfortable engaging with all customers
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs
  • Proficient with computers and technology
  • Manages financial center customer visits and outbound calls effectively
  • Follows established procedures and adheres to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Manages cash responsibly
